Whether intending to communicate the impact your building has on neighbouring properties or the proximity to local attractions, the camera angle of a photomontage is often based on the surrounding features of the site. Our photographer will visit the site at your selected time of day and shoot a range of photographs to match the selected camera angle.
Our specialised modelling team will work with the selected photograph and camera angle and turn your plans and elevations into a black and white 3D wireframe of your building. You have the opportunity to review the detailed modelling our team has completed in this stage before the wireframe is placed into the photograph.
At this stage we take your confirmed wireframe image and place this into the selected photograph. To ensure precision in the placement of the building you will have the chance to review this before proceeding.
We apply colours and textures based on the photograph, to ensure consistency across the image. Each element of the model is reviewed against your material schedule and assigned a colour and texture to ensure realism of the final product.
In this stage all surrounding planting is added to set the scene and ground your design into the photographic context. Our team can work with detailed supplied landscaping plans, or help you develop a concept to bring your image to life. Final editing is undertaken to perfect the lighting, colour balance and contrast before supplying the final high resolution image.
